first and principal duty of all religious is to be the contemplation
of divine things and constant union with God in prayer. (Canon 663
)

| In making profession of the Evangelical Counsels of Chastity, Poverty and Obedience the sisters are answering a divine call to live their lives for God alone. Called to a life of apostolic contemplation, the sisters seek to draw from authentic sources of Catholic Spirituality the necessary strength and knowledge to cultivate a deep spirit of prayer and contemplation. |
