The Daughters of St. Joseph is a group for young girls ages 11 to 17 who would like to learn from the example of St. Joseph how to model their lives on those of Jesus and Mary. St. Joseph is a wonderful example of how to live our ordinary lives in a humble and holy way. St. Joseph is also special to us because he is the Holy and powerful Patron of Our Country, Canada.

Our Commitment as Daughters of St. Joseph

1. To say a daily prayer to St. Joseph

2.Promise to attend Mass every week

3. To go to the sacrament of Confession atleast once a month

4. To dress modestly

5. To sign a commitment card at one of the group's gatherings

6. To wear the blessed medal of St. Joseph that you will receive upon joining as a sign of your devotion to Him as one of his special daughters.

Regular Contact each month

As members of the Daughters of St. Joseph, you will receive monthly emails from one of the Sisters, which will also include a good deed you will be encouraged to do for that month .

Gatherings throughout the year

There will be four gatherings of the Daughters of St. Joseph throughout the year:

1. One Saturday in September

2. One Saturday in November

3. One Saturday in March, near the Solemnity of St. Joseph

4. Girls will be encouraged to attend the Sisters' Junior Retreat which takes place every summer.

Where will the gatherings take place and what will we do?

Each gathering will take place in a different town/ city. There will be times for prayer, spiritual talks, apostolic activities and lots of FUN!

Each Daughter will be asked to bring her own lunch to the monthly meetings.
